At Alan Marie Engagement, every ring is made to order specifically for you. Because each piece is custom-made, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

We stand behind the quality of our jewelry and want you to love your purchase. That’s why we offer:

30-Day Complimentary Resizing

If your ring doesn’t fit quite right, we’ll resize it at no additional cost within 30 days of delivery (where the design allows).

30-Day Repair Warranty

If your ring experiences a manufacturing defect within 30 days of delivery, we’ll repair it free of charge.

Exclusions

Our warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear
• Accidental damage
• Lost or stolen items
• Damage caused by misuse, improper care, or unauthorized repairs

If you need a resize or repair after the first 30 days, we’re happy to help for a reasonable service fee. Please contact our customer support team before sending your jewelry to us.
